Hy Zaret founded Argosy Music Corporation in 1947 to publish his songs. They include "One Meatball;" jazz standards such as "Dedicated to You;" and the English version of "Song of the French Partisans." They also include educational/motivational "jingles" (such as Little Songs on Big Subjects, Little Songs About UN, It Could be a Wonderful World, and Ballads for the Age of Science) that "are inspired bits of imagination in which the tunes are easily remembered and the meaning becomes increasingly memorable" (Louis Untermeyer).
"Unchained Melody" (written with Alex North) is published by HZUM Publishing and North Melody Publishing, administered by Unchained Melody Publishing LLC.

Many organizations are rightfully spending time celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11
lunar mission by providing descriptions of it and the efforts that went into it. We want to remind
everyone that we have a wonderful
video
based on "Zoom a Little Zoom", which is our song about a rocket ride to the moon and back, and is on our CD
(Zoom a Little Zoom: A Ride Through Science).
That CD also includes 3 other songs about space, which is the theme the ALA (American Library Association) chose
for summer reading this year (2019).
